My wife commandeered my Beretta A303 12 gauge. Had Wenig make up one of their lady's stocks for it. Their stocks have the "toe-out" mentioned above along with a shallower pistol grip designed for small hands. I load up light 7/8 or 1 oz loads for it for her. She's all of 5"2 and 110 lbs soaking wet, and has no problem handling it even with factory 1 1/8 oz loads if need be. She's deadly at skeet and sporting clays with it.
