Well the brown stuff hit the fan apparently. So my guess is slingshots and bows are the only thing we will be legally allowed to use for all the recreational things weve done for 200 years. No more hunting shortly other than slingshots and bows and the bands on the slingshots will be power limited. Bows will only be stick bows with no wheels or cams or pulleys. Bye Bye for all ur hard earned dollars on the entire Benelli line as well as the many others. Lets just keep lying down and fighting between ourselves and Im sure it will all get better. I may take up pot smoking again like I did in my early HIGH school days, cuz this all seems like a bad buzz.

I just read the Benelli Super Black Eagle 3 duck/goose shotgun is banned...did I read this right?

No, there is a long list of Benellis with " the exception of" note.

Yeah, I just reread it and you are right, says with the exception of....it might take a bit for my blood pressure to return to normal again.

Liberals did put “except for” then listed all the Benelli shotguns. They had too list these so it looks like they are doing something. They did ban some stuff like the Ruger #1 and I see they still have thing like the RPA Quadlock on the list. This is a very popular single shot bolt action rifle that are used by many Canadian Rifle Team members for shooting long range international matches.

Well if I new my benelli was on par with recoilless anti-tank rifles and mortars I would be truly impressed, the brains have left the building.

Make no mistake, removing "with the exception of" is just a pen stroke on the next revision, maybe when they add all centrefires that hold more than 2 rounds in the magazine. And even then who knows - an ammo registry and max. 25 rounds in your possession? No more scopes? And no military style reflex sights? Central storage with access between 9am-3pm? No more single projectile guns? There's no gun knowledge/logic involved - this is a step by step disarmament and the Liberals will never stop.

For all those wishing my SBE3 was banned, don't worry I've got plenty others that are on the list.
Also remember a PPC vote is a vote for the Liberals.
Now you all have a good black Friday.

All the very expensive Parker Bros. line of SxS shotguns are on the banned list too. As well as Brazilian Model 1908 Mauser 98's and Mauser Sporter rifles!

Parker Bros (also known at various times as Parker Brothers Manufacturing Company, Parker Brothers Guns, and Parker Bros. Shotguns) was an American firearms firm, mostly producing shotguns from 1867 to 1942. During these years, approximately 242,000 guns were produced in various grades, and are widely considered the finest and most collectible American shotgun.

All Parker guns are break-open style actions, most of which are side-by-side double barreled designs; the remainder are single barrel guns intended for use in trap shooting.

For the first 20+ years of production, Parker Bros. used an exposed hammer design, but by 1888 the first hammerless guns were offered for sale.

Parker guns were offered in 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 16, 20, 28 and .410 gauges.

Over the years, Parker shotguns were exhibited in several national and international expositions including the Centennial International Exhibition, Philadelphia in 1876; the Melbourne International Exhibition, Australia in 1880-81; the World’s Columbian Exposition, Chicago in 1893; and the Sportsmen’s Exposition, New York in 1895, 1896, and 1897.

The company was acquired by Remington Arms in 1934, and phased out of business by 1942.

Pretty crazy isn't it? All these guys who think fellow gun owners are their real enemy. It's no wonder we've gotten to this point.

Go to cccfr list of banned ,at the bottom of the Benelli written section last sentence says "with the exception of " and lists all the Cordobas ,best etc.

Don't forget that the new list of exempted Benellis means that any new models will be prohibited. No SBE 4 for you.

I wonder if they even thought of that? And what about M2 Field? Not listed as an exemption......so is it a banned M1 90 varient or not? Does a conservation officer have to decide?
