@ninepointer: do you (or anyone else for that matter) have any experience with the instructors at http://www.fieldsportltd.com/
It seems quite expensive for 2 days of training.

Well, I haven't been but I know Brian Bilinski is a very highly regarded instructor. And their pricing seems in line with other high end outfits.....Orvis comes to mind but there are others.
