Shotgun Match Idea (Side by Side elimination)

I had a bit of a brainwave today while at a match!
I would like to host a Shoot-Off Elimination type shotgun match. Shooters would shoot a mirror image stage/stages. Probably 2 or 3 different stages.
2 divisions Pump and Semi...limit the pump to 8+1 and the semi to 5+1...to keep the epuipment field even.
Would have to make one of those double poppers for a finish target.
If there is enough interest, might be able to get a sponser/s to donate a prize or 2.
Let me know what the interest is like, and I will see if I can secure a date!
 
If you have two single fallers that can be nailed down so that one falls over the other then you don't need a double faller.

We used single faller short "shotgun" targets at a recent cowboy action "duel" event. The two fallers being nailed down such that one overlapped the other was more than fine.
 
I'm interested in principle but given that I'm a n00b that is likely to get eliminated quickly, EESA is a long drive (3 hrs for me) just to shoot two speed shoots, so I don't think I'd go just yet. When I'm going that far I want to be able to make a day of it at least.
 
I have been thinking about that as well! We could maybe do 3 stages in the Morning, then see where everyone falls...we could split the group into experienced and beginner groups and go from there with the side by side matches in the afternoon
