I've got a Browning BPS w/ standard invector tubes. The gun came w/ a modified tube installed, and I want to pick up a wrench and a variety of tubes. What do I need to know before I order a wrench?

Browning makes a standard invector wrench as well as a speed wrench for invector tubes. Browning invector tubes are sold at most Browning dealers. Briley also supplies speed wrenches and invector tubes.

Don't get the tubes that are "invector plus"...you also have to make sure that whatever you get are steel shot compatible and what their constriction is for both lead and steel.

Many years ago I was having a little difficulty getting my tubes out with the Browning wrench. Being a mechanic I was thinking about making a better wrench and mentioned this in the gun shop to the owner. He said try this one, it was a Remington wrench, much easier to hang onto to get the tube loose with than the Browning, at least for my hands anyways. Carlson's also make different wrenches as well as tubes for your shotgun. I have been using their steel specific tubes a lot lately but also have their standard tubes. I have come to prefer the extended ones in my BPS but find the regular ones work better in my Citoris.

the extended chokes are prety good. if ur going to use internal one id suggest getting the proper wrench cause the use of anything else can damage the choke trying to get them in out. i could be wong but i believe theres a small kit u can by with some selection of tubes and a wrench check out the website should be there.
