I’m new to this sport. My budget is $2,500.

Go to a local club and handle as many as possible. Most will also allow you to try their gun. Its a time when TRY BEFORE YOU BUY should be your goal. Then youll see the differences and be able to make a much more informed decision. The fit and feel for your body is everything with shotguns. Dont be in a rush. Handle as many as possible.

Are you meaning skeet or trap, if skeet I would recommend 26" or 28". Shorter barrel will swing faster. remember you have one clay from the high house and one clay from the low house.

Is it common in Canada to make deals at the club with people looking for selling their riffle without having to advertise on the internet?
I'm French from France and this is the best way to purchase something lol
