Shotgun Primers in the GTA

One of the shooters at the Pan Am Games needs 32,000 #209 primers. Anyone know where they are? I checked Cabelas in Barrie. They had about 2,000.

You would think the shooter would have come prepared with all his supplies, that may be a tough find to locate.

What about the ~100 lbs of powder needed to use them. I think they are screwed.
