Shotgun shells with clear hulls? Who sells these in Canada?

I've seen plenty of these in the States, but i've never seen any in Canada.
They're useless, but look pretty neat

I asked the guy at Ellwood Epps and he gave me that "go back to playing Rainbow Six" look.

Is there a source for these in Canada? (preferably Toronto area)
