how do you screw in a nice round little sight bead without damaging the bead?? anyone have any pointers?

hinge ends of two pieces of wood, use like nut crackers squeeze bead and turn... all the best art

Some people use a pin vice. They sell them at princess auto or busy bee for about 10 bucks for a set of 4. I use a small set of vice grips(gently). It doesn't take a lot of pressure, and I haven't marked one yet
