Shotgun sights

Likely to be most cost effective to have it drilled & tapped for a mid bead if there isn't one already there.

I'm guessing there is no rib on that gun or I would suggest a red dot. Still an option but just like the mid bead, you'll need mounting holes drilled & tapped for a rail. Once the rail is on though, even a scope would be an option.

I belive a.vent ribbed barrel is.my best bet

What accuracy will you expect if it has a full choke? My 370 20 ga. ( same gun virtually) threw them all over. Sights wouldn't have helped.
This is a good point. OP would be wise to try a few just with the bead sight and see how it does. It might be so inconsistent that it isn't worth putting an optic on.

You could probably get an XS ghost ring sight mounted on to the barrel with out too much work.

I have a 14" pump that has 'notches' for rings and a ribbed receiver. I cut a couple finish nails and rounded the ends and S-glued them to the ribs for 'rear sights' and it has a Red F-op Front bead. Open choke and does OK at 25 yds, but gets 'wide' at 50-ish. I haven't tried my full-size SGs with slugs, but my 19" semi in IC does about the same as the 14" Open. I plan to try a red-dot on both this year.

OP - I'd look into putting a rail on the receiver, maybe with Epoxy ? Then you could mount a R-dot and adjust to Zero. First set the gun in a vise and use a level on the recvr. , then apply a bit of Epoxy and set the rail with the level. Should get pretty close to a zero. If your rail has a longitudinal 'groove' even that might be enuf to zero with the front bead ? Or just mount a dot.
< That "B" must also stand for 'Bubba', huh ?

You realistically wont really be able to shoot any animal at any distance that would require sights with that thing. Ethically anyways.

Find out what slugs it likes and learn how to use the bead.

You'll likely find something that'll get you a deer out to 40-50 yards and if you're lucky you'll find one that'll group tight enough to drop a deer at 75 or so. Past that you're pushing your luck with a smoothbore.

I dropped a huge 10 pointer two years ago with a old Cooey full choke 12 gauge. Was only about 35 yards or so though, but the federal 1 1/4 oz slug took the bottom of his heart off so he didn't make it far.

If you're shooting slugs at paper and want any kind of repeatable accuracy/adjustability there are much better options out there than an old cooey.

Drill and tap the barrel above the chamber for a red dot sight then shoot various brands of slugs to see what it likes. If none work well then cut off 2" at the muzzle to get rid of the full choke and try again. You don't need a muzzle bead with the red dot anyways. At first you might even cut just 1" off to get rid of about half of the choke and try it because sometimes a bit of choke can aid slug accuracy. A labour of love and some $$ for a cheap gun... BTW, having a vent rib installed will cost you several hundred dollars and I don't think there is anyone in Canada who does the installations any more.

I can hit a lid off a tim Hortons coffee cup at 75 yds, when I miss it only by an inch, I can't see the sights the last 20 mins or the first 20 of the day. No trouble seeing the deer

Since you don't need sights for shooting accurately but the issue is seeing them in low light.....

Glow in the dark nail polish...... or if you want to spend more a Tritium front bead.
