I am thinking of finally buying a shotgun. I was looking at Fabarm pump and semi auto shotguns. Can anyone give me some info on the quality of these Fabarms. I will mostly be using this shotgun for home protection/predator protection and maybe some target shooting. I kinda want the shotgun to have a small top rail too so I can put and Eotech sight on it as I am terrible at using bead sights.

Fabarm shotguns are excellent...
If you want to mount an Eotech anyway, don't bother with the ones that have the LPA sights, just buy a $30 rail from Fabarm. That saves about $210 on the price of the shotgun.

If its not going to be used all that much, i would suggest something a little cheaper then a Fabarm, although they are great quality . like a mossberg 500. or a remington 870.
no need to go for a semi auto to protect your house anyways, the biggest fear a intruder can ever hear comes f solely from a pump action shottie

Fabarm's are nice...
semi's as a rule dont like the cold, hot load's and a mod choke help but if it's being fussy your expensive toy turn's into a bolt action... last fabarm semi i used wouldent eat cheap winchester gameload's from walmart but the 3 Dram federal stuff would cycle fine at -5c...
pump's 99% of the time always go BOOM...
