Shotgun Vs. 45/70 or like rifles

Along the lines of the 45-70, what about a 1892 in .454 Casull? Rossi/Puma makes a SS version with a 16" barrel. The numbers I've seen for them are pretty high, 1800-1900ftlbs of energy, but those numbers are for a 7" barrel. Pretty handy light gun.

An awesome and very handy gun. I haven't seen one for sale for a reasonable price in a while.

Whatever you decide on, make sure you are 100% reliable with it and degrease it thoroughly if you're going there when it's cold.
