All these guns have the loading port enlarged and polished? Also the mag spring seems so light. I know my 870 you would slice your hand wide open loading so fast.
Yes, and yes? One of the reasons I purchased a longer mag tube than "necessary" in Canada was to have a longer mag spring that slid around my mag plug; the spring never compresses fully with a "full" load out. In countries that allow full capacity magazines, they play with the spring lengths a lot, running the edge between reliability and ease of loading.

People who play on that edge get bit all the time, and pay the price in places in the final standings.
Use a strong enough mag spring to ensure 100% ejection from the tube, and hit the gym to get stronger.

Having to clear a round that is half way stuck between your mag tube and receiver on the clock, lose all kinds of time, and then second guess how reliable your gun will be the rest of the match, may as well go grab a beer and relax for the rest of the day.

Agreed, and one also wonders about "real" 3gun vs. making a slick Youtube video....
Oh, on topic, I like Invictus, the Carbon Arms I got to fool with was nice as well.

I am new,but bought the invictus 8.figure since I am new at it and haven't practiced any speed loading yet I might as well start practicing load 4s.

The spring weight can be tuned if you spend some time and $10 for a new spring. Thinking if I should open and polish the loading port on my 870. I tried to load 2 and it's impossible as the chamber is so small and sharp. Its actually very easy to cut your hand loading. Might need to send to Casey for some work.

Why waste your money? Just get the dremel out.

They can all take too much material off..... it's up to you control how much to take off.
But, what is too much?

Found this online.. looks good but hard to do. Just want to make sure i don't take off too much on the mag tube area.
