Shoud I get a second cheap SKS?

Hey guys

Is there any interest owning a second SKS, if you don't really care about making a collection out of it (collection of refurbished SKS lol)?

Cheers!

Maybe its just the way I'm reading it, but the Chinese SKS rifles from Marstar are not refurbished. They are new and un-issued condition in the crate for 50 some years. Not to be confused with used, rebuilt, or refurbished rifles such as the Russian vintages on the market now.

Back to the purchase... Hell Yes! Its a good deal on many levels. They will dry up and become more valuable at some point. You can always use a spare, or for parts at that price. A buddy, child, nephew, may want to get into shooting in the future. We've picked up several of the Russian rifles just to get the deal on the ammo a short time ago. The spare rifles were sold off or shoved in the back of the safe still in grease to save for later. An un-issued rifle still in cosmoline can make a valuable trade sometime in the future when there are no more new ones to be had. Someone will want it and you may want something else.

I have several rifles that I've packed away for the future generations. SKS and Mosin rifles at better than awesome prices are a few examples.
