So, I got a few freebies, and one of them turns out is a DCRA 7.62 No.4 conversion. Only problem, is its been sportered. Barrel cut down as well as the stock. Now its not all that bad, it actually looks kinda neat.
But, it is a unique rifle and not a lot were made so i am wondering, should I restore it?
Its not going to be a simple slap new wood on it, it will need a complete new .308 barrel as well as a complete stock set minus the butt. So I am wondering, would it be worth it? as it sits its a matching DCRA rifle, sported but matching, with sterling mag.
