Just picked up a new hunting rig from danchasse. These guys know what customer service means. So many companies in this country have forgotten what their job is.
danchasse went above and beyond, in every respect from clear, quick polite communication, to shipping promptly, and packaging properly. The place was closed for a week over the holidays yet I was still able to complete a deal on short notice start to finish and the place wasn’t even open!!!
In general I feel the firearms community does better then other businesses, but I can tell you old school customer service still exists and they’ll get my business when I need something else.
