I bought an AR part that was defective. These guys took it back for refund in a heart beat. Offered to pay for shipping.

I paid out of pocket for shipping to thank them. Then...these guys couldnt let it go. So they gave me a gift card.

Who da f*** does that?

I am new to these forums and when you say you are a big fan of TNA I am not thinking about guns at all LOL. Am I missing an obvious link to the website you guys are referring to?
 
Ya they are great, they included some cool coasters with my last order. I also really like how their website is really easy to navigate to find the small ar15 parts you need. I wish more companies put in as much effort to please their customers as TNA.
 
Yup TNA made it right for me on a muzzle device I purchased a couple months ago.. set me an e-coupon worth $35 for future purchase. I feel that in the gun world great customer service is becoming rare.. not so with TNA. can't recommend enough.

True North Arms; this thread is in their sub-forum. Having the company name abbreviate to TNA is definitely not a coincidence. Once you read some of the product descriptions you’ll see their sense of humour is awesome.

Have ordered lots, will order more. Coasters work great on the reloading bench and the nightstand.

I ordered some stuff from them and it took a bit longer for it to actually get out in the mail so they gave me a 10$ gift card for me next order. Which I've already used since then.

TNA is awesome to deal with!!!!
 
Yup, only dealt with them once so far but by carrying a variety of little parts they allowed me to upgrade my charging handle to ambi without having to fork out the big bucks for a whole handle! They are my first stop for AR parts from now on.

And stickers! Don't forget the free stickers!!
 
Thumbs up for me as well. I've made three orders with them for parts and tools for my BCL 102 build. They always shipped same day and everything came as described.
