So i recently bought a stock off the ee, and discovered that i couldn't locate my a1 buffer tube after the move(god only knows what box its in). Spent the morning running all over hells half acre in Edmonton to discover that a plain rifle buffer tube was apparently unobtainable. I called TNA and asked if they had any idea when they were getting more of the CNA a1/a2 buffer tubes in(out of stock on the website) They took my number, called me back about 10 minutes later and said they had scrounged one up in the back. After the call being dropped multiple times by Bell, we got it sorted out and I fired off an emt.

Besides having an awesome sense of humor both here and on the website, they truly go above and beyond in customer service.

What happened? Iv put in like half a dozen orders in the past few weeks and everything has been perfect so far. Great customer service aswell

Typing on their forum that you had a bad experience with them without giving details aint very nice tho.

I have also placed about a half dozen orders over the last year and have always had good experiences.

Sorry to hear that, in every business there will be a deal or two that go sideways. My experience has been nothing but positive, and to be honest, my last purchase a mistake was made, resolved immediately and beyond what I expected. TNA has earned a fan for life. Although I may be biased as I also own a company named True North :)
