I want to see some snaps of those 7.5" guys! I know I won't get mine before Christmas, but I at least want to drool over other peoples!

I know Gorky had some pics of the 7.62 shorty floating around . . .

Hi Cal, (Dave, I'm assuming) I just bought the FAB folding grip like that one and a couple rail/bayo adapters off of you. Is the grip supposed to be solid when extended, or should it be able to pivot forward about a half inch? Mine does, and frankly, it's a little cheesy feeling because of it. (sorry for the hijack, it just jumped into my head...)

That's actually not a mag well adaptor. That's a 5/10 round poly mag from CSA. That gun is 7.62x39, though I've never seen those mags. It's coming with two, and I have no idea where they came from!

Edit: Actually, it is a mag well adapter, for use with Xcr 10 round pistol mags. Will post pics with mags in.

Ok, now I'm confused. This rifle is en route to me as we speak. I was told it came with two 5/10 round mags, two 5/30 round mags, plus what you see. It is in 7.62x39 (clearly visible on opposite side photo, very good resolution, good enough to read serial number!), but the more I look at it, the more that looks like a gen 2 mag well adapter! Why would you use the adapter? To use 10 round ar pistol mags!?!? Now I'm at a loss... I may have to tell you guys once it gets here!

Yeahit is just a magwell adapter. People like an extra 5 rounds. I dont likethe magewell adapter as I have 15+ CZ mags that work with this beauty. So it would be pointless for the magwell adapter to me.
 
Yeah, a private deal. Comes with loads of goodies, plus I have a stack waiting to go on it. I notice the adapter has something different: there appears to be a round "nut" where others have a release button?

I have dozens of 5/30 mags for my other cz/vz's, but it will be cool to pop away with ten rounders!
