I ve always had a fondess for 410 shotguns, though many haven t anything good to say about the 410 for me it is perfect for
rabbit hunting and have enjoyed many a hunt toting the little 410.

Here are my .410 oldies. In .410 I also have a very nice condition Cooey 84 and 840 as well as a near mint Iver Johnson but they are way back in the safe. The pump gun in the pic was the first shotgun I got as a young lad. It is a Savage. The middle gun is an Ithaca Nitro Special and the bottom is a Belgian gun. All "working man's" guns. I had the Ithaca out on the weekend for grouse. It's a great little gun to carry. The Belgian gun is as light as a feather. I think some people are turned off of the .410 for a couple of reasons. One is the cost of the shells and second many try to use the .410 beyond its intended purpose. For hitting things on the fly, many consider the .410 to be an experts gun. Used within its boundaries, the .410 can be a joy to hunt with.

Love that lil hammer gun. I've sold off all of my 410 guns unfortunately. I do however have a pair of savage 4-10er tubes. They're only a foot long but they work great

FALCO 3". 410 ou was given to me and is now my wifes favourite gun.

Track: my ol neighbor has one like that said he bought it for bout $10-15 bucks back in the 50s/60s when guys used to sell guns door to door.

well with a pile of lee Enfield parts around, (no good parts were ruined in making these) they are all random parts nothing is matching numbers, and 2 barrels that were unusable i decided to make 410's with them. head space is a bit much, .014" but seems to work well still, i have the longest bolt heads i ave on there now, i may solder a shim on the bolt face one day.

since the pics ive added front and rear sights on them

It's not perfect as the previous dummy (father) used those stupid screw on fiber optics where the grub screw bites on the side of the rail and one of the vented sections is bent down just a touch.

But my wife she loves it.
