I havent seen to many 8MM Mauser Hunting Rifles around. SO i want to see what ppl have. I my self use a german sporter.

Its a World War 2 Sporter dated 1944.

Has Nice william Peep sights.

Its deadly accurate.

I have a 700 Classic in 8x57 that I am particularly fond of.
Very nice stock as well.
2 moose and a big black bear so far.

Husqvarna 640; Commercial FN 98 action 1952

Very accurate with the Express sights with 200 gr bullets. 100, 200, 300 metre settings are spot on.

I have a Yugo M48 in 8mm. Anything that gets in front of it, seems to fall over dead. Its a great hunting load for anything we have in Canada.
 
Does this count? Yugo M48BO in full military configuration. I haven't hunted with it yet, but I have with all my other milsurps and it will get its chance this fall.

My newest addition to my Brno collection is the 8x57IS on the top, single trigger, low round knob bolt. It is the nicest version that they made IMHO. It will have the wood and metal restored and a new three position safety installed. It shoots good as-is so no bedding or crown job is necessary.
