I think there was a thread here somewhere for this, but I can't find it. Anyone else a fan of short-barreled AR15s? If you have some you're proud of, with barrels say 12" or shorter, post them here

I'm not much of a photographer, but here are some of mine. Ballistically a bit longer is better, but these are all just so damn handy!!

I just built it here a couple months ago, really REALLY liking it so far!
i have a SHM 'Loudner' that i have been contimplating putting on it for ####s and giggles but have yet to take the plunge.

Psa 7.5" upper on a anderson lower. Fun gun to shoot the only thing I would do different is mlok not keymod.

My 10.5" build. Runs beautifully. I have a Vortex Crossfire 2 1x4 optic on the way to sit on top. Still needs a sling when I can afford all the mounting hardware and the sling itself.

My SBR was actually the first rifle I ever built, with the help of the guys at tier one armory. Still remains a close favorite with my latest 14.5" SOPMOD-ish rifle.

All in, no mag it weighs in at 7.39 pounds.

What muzzle device do you have on it?

It's the True North Arms "Flaming Swine" muzzle device, knock off of the Noveske Kx3 flaming pig. It works REALLY well for throwing blast/sound directly down range, and from what I understand these type of muzzle devices help increase back pressure and reliability in SBR's because of the internal chamber

Just have the one - a 10.5” 300BLK I built last year using a DPMS upper/lower and mostly OdinWorks incl their barrel. Cerakoted Kryptic Typhon by Black Box Customs.
