The Fudd is strong with this one...
...and, unlike many CGNers, I say that with entirely complimentary intent.
Closets I came come to vintage is my circa 1974 Marlin 336 35 Reminton. Only thing I have harvested with it..... Also still a bit of Fudd here.

This doe was shot with a 8X56 MS, 90 paces . The Sierra Pro Hunter went in the last rib on the left side and recovered in the offside shoulder. It had lost 4 grains total .
