Show Us Your CZ Picz !

Nothing better than coming home after a few days on the road to find new guns waiting for me! Sorry, no Shadow 2 here, though! My first centerfire handgun was a CZ75 that I bought in 1985—I sold it a few years later since the small sights didn't really help in competition but in recent years I've re-developed a fondness for the classic design. From the pictures I saw before I bought it I thought this one was one of the enamel-finished ones like my old one (which I really didn't care for) but it looks to be one of the matte blued finish. It has a very nice patina to the wear that I quite like (which looks a little worse in the pictures than in real life). I'd forgotten how good the triggers are on these pistols!

Show Us Your CZ Picz !

I searched CGN looking for a thread for CZ pistol pictures, but couldn't find one. If I missed it, please let me know and I'll ask the mods to remove this one.

My first handgun was a CZ 85 Combat. It is long since gone, but my love for CZ's has recently been rekindled so I thought I would start this thread with my new Shadow.

If the thread catches on and the mods see fit to make this a Sticky - great!

Either way, start posting picz of your CZ's! :)

Looks like the one I just bought. Wait a minute.....it is!

Nice grips on that shadow, Import! I also think the slide serrations on the top 75 is a good design. First time I noticed they're sort of cut-in. It would help even more when racking the thin slide.
I wonder why they got rid of that design when they developed the 75b? perhaps preventing it from snagging on things? idk.
The winning design is the little tabs on the back of the slide on the hk sfp9 though- they work really well

I used to love the indented serrations too...have never seen it on any other pistol...who knows why? And I love the look of the wood grips..although honestly it's wearing aluminum with grip tape for shooting...
Always wondered how the tabs are with clothing(idpa) or other concealed carry draw...

Unagi604 what kind of grips are those? I have a polished stainless myself but no fancy grips, I also might've added grip tape :p

thechineseguy thats a nice little CZ family you have there, kinda makes me miss the P-07, its a great little gun and very underrated IMO.

^ does anyone even have them in stock? I just checked a bunch of dealers and no one had them. I like the gen2 changes, maybe I'll give it a try.
