If you don’t mind me asking, where did you source the full size buttstock for your Mare’s Leg?
I was lucky enough to snag it on the EE only a matter of days after getting the Henry. It is an absolutely perfect colour and grain match for the original fore-end piece.
I've seen a couple more listed since then; if you wait you may find one. Otherwise, I have heard that Henry will sell them separately, don't know if they will ship to Canada. They turn an amusing novelty gun into a very capable, practical and useful little carbine.
I finally received my Tandemkross Upriser straight stock chassis. Installation was super easy and I just finished modding a Zhukov stock to replace the bone stock one. Really well made and I love the left side finger mag release. Great alternative if your looking for a chassis. So true, I couldn't hit anything in Mares leg configuration.I was lucky enough to snag it on the EE only a matter of days after getting the Henry. It is an absolutely perfect colour and grain match for the original fore-end piece.

Me 45 ACP Lee Enfield No.4 build which is accurate & a ton of fun on targets & pests at same distances. I load hardcast boolits through both.
