Show us your Powder/Primer Storage

I have seen a lot of questions regarding Powder/Primer storage on the forum. Most of the posts quote the regulations, but few have displayed those fantastic GunNutz members brilliant works of art.
I hope you guys can give me some great ideas to build something for my reloading room so that I can start building up a stockpile of Powders/Primers for my winter mass reloading sessions. Currently I only have enough on hand to do a batch at a time and have none stored.

I use a shelf in my closet. I would show you a pic but it prob looks like any other shelf in the closet. My primers are kept in my sock drawer.

Power is kept in one side of my gun cabinet. Bullets and primers are sitting on a shelf on the reloading bench.

I think what he is trying to say is ...... & for those of us who have no room to build a storage container, where would you be able to buy such a thing? I suppose if you live in an apartment or similar and have no tools it would be difficult to build something and I don't recall seeing a prefabricated one at the stores. Seems I saw a thread on some homemade ones a year or so ago? Had a divider so one side for primers the other for powder.

Just to be clear, I was looking to see what people have built. Not what you can buy.

Yes, I did find the post from a year ago of the one that has the divider in it.

Every-one seems to like quoting the regulations, but let's see what you built to follow the regulations.

Far from it! You actually made me laugh!

I started this thread to see what is out there and answer all of the questions for the newbies who have been posting about the subject. Seeing what has been built helps answer the questions.

Those that are proud of their work usually do not mind showing it off.

I like the idea of a small ready made cabinet from Home depot.
Those are probably perfect for those of us who are somewhat daunted by the do-it yourself time investiture of making a box that meets requirements.

i just use sks crates one for powders and one for primers.i keep the primers in old 7.62x 39 crates one for lg pistol,one for sm pistol,one for lg rifle,and lastly one for sm rifleand store those in the crate

I envy your being able to afford a $400 steel cabinet, but doesn't it have to be made out of wood with nonferrous fasteners to be strictly compliant?
