Great choice. Was my first revolver too. Beautiful well built gun that can eat a steady diet of the hottest .357 loads. Great gun. Stainless 4.2 gp100 are harder to come by for a reason. Same reason the 4.2 redhawks very hard to get. Outside of old smiths, i really think ruger wins with quality these days.

Some great stuff here. Having moved away from 'modern' wheel guns for a while, I recently got back into them. Here's my recently-completed S&W K-frame Trifecta. At the bottom is the 1950 K-38 Masterpiece I bought decades ago (sadly without the proper Diamond Magna stocks). At the top is a 1957 K-22 Masterpiece, and in the middle - the gem of the bunch - a 1956 K-32 Masterpiece. The top two just acquired in the past couple of weeks. These revolvers absolutely live up to their reputation for smoothness and accuracy.
Was on a bike run thru the south US of A when I seen this beauty pop up on PR's site. Quick email to Clay and he put it aside for me until our return...... The service at that shop has made me a lifer!
