Just arrived today, thanks to Wanstalls for the great service :)

Hey! That looks just like mine! Nice, verrry nice!

I'm not the biggest revolver shooting guy, but I'm enjoying them more and more. I definitely love the design and craftsmanship, and consider lots of them works of art. Below are some of my collectors that are all unfired.

Clockwise from top right, ending with the center:

Manurhin MR73, Colt Python BSS, Korth Sport Classic PVD Blue, Freedom Arms Model 83, S&W 686 International, Colt SAA, and S&W 460 Bone Collector.

The idea of owning guns that I cannot/will not shoot is a foreign concept to me. It's like having a classic car that sits in the garage. All of our 'toys' will belong to someone else one day, and mine will show the signs of use and appreciation, like the tools they are.
That said - if money was no object, I would own and shoot nothing but engraved guns starting with the Ed Brown 1911 offerings.

I like that sentiment.
I think I'm gonna go shoot my (supposedly) unfired, engraved, 1911.
Was looking for a reason........

So am I OK if I have some I don't shoot?

I have a thing about revolvers but am a little reluctant to show them but I will say that I have a Model 17 .22 LR and a Model 10 .38 sp. and a Model 19 .357 (and .38 sp too ) and a Model 629 .44 mag as well as some pistols in .22 LR and 9 mm and .45 acp
But I have a thing about Smith and Wesson products in particular the classics.
And alas I do not carry a 12/6 so no shorty's and no #### Tracy revolvers...

My 'old school' Model 586 6" that has a pretty slick Murray Charlton tune on the action....

.38 Smith & Wesson 5 screw M&P British Service Revolver made for the Commonwealth in early 1942. Markings show it was Canadian owned. Refinished. Grips are not original. Still shoots like a dream.
