Yes. I do however, lament for my fellow Canucks who are living under draconian gun laws. Despite several years of "conservative" federal gov't, which has not taken any action to reverse the Liberal (and PC) Party laws shoved down their throats, save for their #1 election promise to do away with the long gun registry. Alas, this is not the political forum so I shall refrain from further comments at this time.Aren't you glad you are not in Ottawa any longer

You're right. Although it came to me fairly shiny, I couldn't resist having a go at it with 'Mothers M&A Polish'!
Did they only come in 'satin' finish, or we're some available in a factory mirror finish? This one is a 1992.

As far as I know, satin or brushed only. Although with S&W and Colt you never say never, they may have received some special order from somewhere. Nothing wrong what you did, its all in the eyes of the shooter ; )

I just got this Ruger last week, been looking for one for a while. Now it needs some jazzy grips and maybe find someone who can do some engraving!
Have one exactly like this and added a Hogue grip that made it a very comfortable shooter.. congrats
