And another Alfa Project... Not too shabby, as above... And not to proud.

That's a very nice looking Alfa. I have the 4.5" 9mm blued version and like it a lot. I love the look of your gun. I'd be tempted but it turns out that all the Alfa wood grips but the service stocks are right hand only (very prominent thumb rest) and I'm a lefty. :(

^^^^Good gawd! These are beautiful!!!
Are they yours? That M66 is bad azz!!
Thanks! Yes, they are both mine...picked up off the EE in the last month or so and the pictures were taken earlier tonight on my back deck. Looking for better grips for the Model 66...the Pachmayrs are OK, but I'm looking for something a bit more stylish.

I'll post a pic of my 3" M13 tomorrow. I have a set of the finger groove presentation wood grips for the 13 but I have the same Pachmayr grips as yours for normal use. Gotta look for those grips, not sure where I put them!!
I had a 2.5" 19 and a 1.86" M36 years ago. Wish I kept them!
The #### Spl is a classy gun. Congrats on your score!

Here you go Master G!

I have this now. 3"M13 Magnaported barrel.

And I used to have this!
S&W 610 5"10mm but I sold it this year to a very nice CGNer. One of my regrets to sell though!

wow those are awesome, Still alive. I am totally unfamiliar with the 3" model 13. might be a new favourite prohib.

Very nice! I like those Pachmayrs better since (I think) they've got the open backstrap whereas mine have the enclosed one, making the trigger reach a wee bit longer than I'd like.

3" K frames are great--I no longer own this one but I still like this picture. I wish I could get the same grips (Ahrends) but they're almost impossible to find and now up to $90US.

Thanks Master G!!
Actually the Pachs are like yours. The backstrap is enclosed. I have long fingers so no issues. I will try and find my wooden grips and take another pic. The Jerry Ahrend grips are gorgeous! I remember them from the 90s!
I think the Craig Speigel ones are nice too!
