Me too. Nice N frames. - dan^ I was lucky to have one passed on to me as well. They are impeccably crafted revolvers for service guns. Nice that you have some history with yours.

LoL I did the opposite with my s&w 686.Had a couple Colt revolvers (last purchases before the freeze) blasted and loving the look so much... quick pic of the Python re-assembled :
