Show us your Revolvers!

...Got mine after a call from Allan Lever, in Vancouver, after a visit to his shop where I first saw a 629 Classic and had stated that I would love a similar beast in .45LC.

He had stated then, be patient and I might get something for you.

This is a long time ago....

I remember his store on Dunsmuir St. back in the 70's- a VERY different beast to the current Lever Arms on Burrard St. Funny, every time I think of the old store I remember a number of Browning BARs (the military ones) up on the wall that had been dewatted by taking a cutting torch to the breech. Quelle horreur! I have a 625 in .45 ACP/AR which I really like but I'd love one (or a Model 25) in 45 LC, too.

I remember there was a high-end audio shop around the corner from Lever Arms on Hornby that specialized in QUAD gear, too.

52 oz, and 7.5" of pure, unadulterated and ###y Super Blackhawk. Clean lines, heavy, and built like a tank. My plans with this Hunter model include adding a Leupold VX3 2.5-8x32mm scope and then some long range plinking.

So Johnn, which one is the spoiled brat? You know, there's always a spoiled brat in every family..haha!

3rd down on the right. It's a 4" 29 that I lucked out and got a set of S&W factory ivory for, to dress it up a bit.

And then, one more step, a holster that's a replica of the one used by Elmer Keith.

Here is my very first and only revolver. It was an anniversary present from my wife. Just picked it up a couple of weeks ago! It's a beauty...looks waaaay better in person. Please excuse the crappy photography! It came with a nylon holster, a leather holster, the original box (although it's slightly trashed) and a crap load of ammo.
