Ruger SP101 in 9mm, as new $225 from an estate. I think they threw away the moon clips so I have some on the way. I would be on that 4" Redhawk like a fat kid on a smartie

Pietta 1851 Navy Sheriff .44 cal steel frame. No BP experience but I just had to have one:)

Get a 45 Colt conversion cylinder and have at her with mild loads.

I have one for my 1860 Pietta and am having all sorts of fun with it. More accurate than you can imagine and no BP fuss.

Had one many years ago & regretted selling it, so jumped at the chance to get this when it came up in the EE recently.

New kids on the block.

My Smiths have taken the back seat for now.

Been taking these Alfa-Proj out for a month now...simply awesome.

Put in the reduced mainsprings in both...very nice!

Top one .22lr

Bottom is 9mm

629 4.2 inch and 627 5 inch bbl.

I actually got the three moon clips and the hogue grip thats on the 629 in the box with the 627. They are the same frame size, so i just used the hogue grip for the 629 as its nicer then the stock one.

I'm getting interested in these. How's the .22 trigger pull? Looks nice with those grips!

Trigget pull is awesome.

Factory feels like 13lbs - 14lbs but is glass smooth.....SA has a crisp break.

Dropped in a reduced mainspring in both from RWT....about 10lbs.....nice.

At $530 a pistol.....the best value going right now.

I like them better than my 686 and gp100.

When it comes to just plain ###yness, nothing beats a Smith & Wesson. They look the best out of all revolvers ever made, even the Colts.

Agreed
