Ardent, we are used to much better pictures from you ..... it is always a pleasure to look at them.

Would love to see that rifle in a better light ...

Fair enough When I’m home from the fires will have to do her justice with a real photo, or dig up some of those I’ve taken of it in the meantime. Trouble is, she only looks special to me. Used to sneak peaks at that rifle as a kid.

Not a rifle .... but a shotgun ....

A custom project .... Remington 870 Police ... blued with ghost rings and upgraded furniture ... good out to 100 meters with Federal TruBall slugs.

Thats ok .... I totally understand!

My grandfather owned a beautiful Krieghoff drilling with a Zeiss optic ... and with another set of 12ga over/under barrels for the same gun ...

I used to sneak peak at that gun when I was kid. Unfortunately that rifle/gun is gone .... :-(

I remember this build from a few yrs ago on one of the UL/Sheep Rifle threads. Still one of my favs that have been posted over the hears, kudos on that build!

I've posted this several times, but I'll never pass up an opportunity to share it again...

Dad's custom built BSA in 7 Weatherby that he had built in 1961. It's a real classic of that age and, while not in fashion nowadays, I think it's pretty darned beautiful and it's a pleasure to shoot.

I have posted this picture before.
This is not the finest looking stocked rifle I have ever owned, but it is far from the worst .
It i also my all time favorite rifle that I have ever hunted with , shot and hunted with it it since 2005 when it was in a 45/70 long range black powder match rifle configuration
