Just picked up a TD in 45 ACP and interested in seeing what others have done to their rifles and where they got their gear. Mines bone stock right now, but looking at adding a barrel shroud, changing out the stock and finding the right red dot. Lets see what you guys have done.

I found the slightly higher vortex sparc to be more comfortable then the lower TRS25 as far as red dot's go. I'd be tempted to go with the micro aimpoint clone Canada Ammo is selling. Lifetime warranty, battery life measured in years. Reasonable cost.

Apart from that do it up however you like!

Well seeing as the thread was started in February and has essentially been a discussion on where to buy one, the odd picture of one, I thought I'd start a thread looking for specific upgrades and mods. But I guess I can go start the 50th bear Defence thread of the week, or go ask why my Glock doesn't shoot straight , or maybe start a safe storage thread asking if my zip lock baggy is sufficient to transport my pistol to the range.

Since that photo I did modify an ASAP sling adaper to fit the back of the receiver.

Other than optic pretty much a bone stock .45, because it doesn't really need anything.

The rings are dorky as hell, one day I'll change it but it's hard to want to when it does this all day long...

TRS-25 with quick release riser
Fab defence sling attachment
Tac light
Magpul AFG
Blue forces gear sling
Heading to the range next week to run some rounds through her.
