The end of the registry is great, but I'm curious about how some of you deal with one aspect of it.
Before, something like an xcr might be non-restricted. If you were ever stopped in the bush, you could present your reg when the likely "you're not allowed to have that out here" might come up.
now if you have something like an xcr or non restricted acr in the bush, you have nothing other than to have your word against theres in a "trust me, its not restricted" (probably worse with the acr as it actually is on the restricted list, until you extend the barrel. )
What do you carry to help prevent the "zomg thats an evil black rifle" now that the registry is gone?
