Those are the factory ghost ring sights some models of grizzly came with. I think they’re great, I have them on multiple guns with different length barrels.

Very Mossberg 590A1-ish. I also think they're great.

Seems fine at 12.2", 18" plus barrels would be pretty muzzle heavy with all that steel hanging out front.

They're great guns, I have one. It can be spicy with 3.5's lol but still one of the best sub $1k shotguns, imo.

Greenhorse Six, that extension tail out the back of your grip looks like it could mount into a cigarette lighter.....

Does that grip have recoil springs in it like a Blackhawk style stock?

It is a Blackhawk "breecher " grip , it works not to bad, bit of a odd feel when it recoil.
