Measure up some of my rejected bullets ( poorly filled molds, flawed or wrinkly and found them somewhat undersized , in the range of .572-.573 instead of expected
.575-.580 , I would have expected a colder mold to be slightly smaller than a fully heated mold, but it seems to be a large discrepancy.
Is this a normal range? The mold is a Parker Hale Minie , made of steel with a bottom core plug.
Thoughts?
