Is this product available in Canada? Guntec barrel shroud with muzzle brake.

The closest I could find is one from TNA ( TNA product page) and TBH Guntec looks way more better.
Maybe anything else similar (apart of TNA offer)?

What's better about it?

I'd rather buy from a Canadian company, as opposed to jumping through the BS hoops to get this sent from the US; I suspect you will end up paying much more for this by the time it's at your door, assuming that it ever gets that far. Between ITAR and CBSA...

It's aluminum and about half the weight of the comparable TNA product, so that's a plus. How well does an aluminum muzzle device hold up to a lot of firing, and the cleaning that comes with it?

Actually I have asked if the product is available in Canada. This means I would like to buy from Canadian company.
As for why it's better - I like it more, and I trust US manufacturer more than Chinese manufacturer. I had a fun with chinesium AR15 upper from TNA and enjoyed great TNA Garand horror stories. So TNA is not my first choice if I want to buy something.

Why don't you try taking it easy yourself, bud? Did you read what I wrote? There is no "righteous Crusade" even hinted at; I specifically commented only upon the assorted inconveniences and complications involved with buying from the states, as well as the extra costs.

I also asked a simple question: why is the thing "better"? That's a subjective assessment, and I thought you might have some worthwhile observations to back up your comment. But I see now that you don't. All we get is you...and this is the funny part...using the term "preaching" in reference to my post.

I wonder what a third party...any third party...would think after reading your last post and mine? Who is the jerk doing the preaching?

It looks a hell of a lot better to me. The guy literally just asked if this is available in Canada because it looks better than the one TNA sells. Its also US made and not cheap chinese manufactured which is a bonus.

You seem to like making a problem out of nothing,

Comparing my answer to the OP 's response to me, in post #3, I can easily see why you would think that. Sadly, he's edited that post and completely changed the flavour of it, so now mine seems way over the top. I suspect that you did not see his original version; no problem, there was nothing memorable about it. Cheers! :)

I misread your reply and came up with harsh response and posted it, but when I noticed my mistake I immediately edited it - thus there's no even "Edited" timestamp. Dunno how you even saw it 30 mins later.. Anyway, I was wrong, I admit this and I am sorry for the tone of my reply.

I have reached out to them and they said "not at the moment, may be or may be not in the future". I have also reached out to Calgary Shooting Centre and they commented that such device most likely will get seized during import (however they imported and sold similar devices from Guntec, so go figure).

Thank you, sir, very gracious of you. Please accept my apologies as well. Some unfortunate and oddball timing between all those posts. Cheers! :)

Not the worst idea to grab the TNA model then, and leave a WTB post out there for the Guntec model.
