Good day folks,

Among some other somewhat rare rifles I have been fortunate to acquire, I have a SHTLE V and a No.1 Mk6 trials rifles, DOM 1923 and 1930 respectively. Both are completely matching and unaltered or abused in any way. I'm not home at the moment to be able to post pics, but I can later in the week.

What would be a realistic asking price for these? I'm debating if I am going to begin liquidating my collection or keep plugging away at it for another few years. I've let about a dozen or so Enfields find new homes over the last couple years but I haven't been able to shake these ones loose yet.

Thanks!
Greg

Are you looking for US or Canadian values?

Those rifles would bring in a lot more cash from the US than they would in Canada.

It would be nice to see them kept here, but the way things are deteriorating with the magazine limits???

I haven't considered looking at selling it south of the border, so for now it would be the Canadian market.

Yeah, hopefully we can hold out for another 19 months until that guy is tossed out.

Depends, on condition etc. I paid $2500 for a MkV, I’ve also seen the trials No.4 rifle go anywhere from 4-12k.

A 1923 dated MKV is the rarest year, there seems to be a lot more 1922 and 1924 dated ones around.
I say around 3 - 4 K
The 1930 trials around 5-6 K
At least that is what I would ask for mine.
