side by side shotgun

He messed up the order sheet with the gun I ordered too, it was a combo set and the barrel lengths were wrong. I know a guy who had an order in for two guns and both had the wrong length barrels and they were 26 inch so hard to resell. It's a common theme ordering from him.

So is he really that incompetent, or is there something else causing so many messed up orders?

nice.

I have purchased 3 Rizzini's from Prophet River. All O/U never a SXS.

They are excellent guns and Prophet River is the best dealer in Canada, in my opinion.

Agree on both.
I think Rizzini the best value guns.
I have bought 2½ Rizzini's from Prophet River, including a BR110 Beccaccia Light and 32 gauge barrels and double trigger set for my BR550 28ga.
I visited Rizzini last September in Marcheno.
Great trip, a day and a half with Filippo; including a visit to Essevierre for stock fitting and met Mary Giovanelli at the engraving studio Bottega Giovanelli.
Cost less than a holiday in Canada; the easyJet airfare from Gatwick to Bergamo less than the cab to Toronto airport.

PS: And Prophet River has important ammo for me.

where are you located?

is the BR550 a TRUE scaled action 28? So many of these really arent.

If you want a 28 with a truly svelte action look for an old Francotte. They are amazing. good luck finding one though.

PS
Lots of Francotte 28ga here. Nice guns.

you should come to the SXS event next year!

Thanks for the idea. I recall seeing that last year.
I think at the Oshawa Gun and Target Club?
Concerned that I don't need more SxS temptations.
All started with a 28ga Bernardelli Roma 6 I bought at Giovanni over 20 years ago.
As my son says "Dad, I think they make a patch for that."
