I put a Quinn2 on my STI and LOVE it....for those who shoot iron sights also you bring the gun up to about the same place making it easier to switch between Open and iron sights, plus for me at least the dot seems to come more naturally into view and you never have to "search" for the dot on those odd moments......I've got another Quinn2 mount with the Tanfoglio hole pattern but I haven't put it on my Tan Open gun yet as I was deciding between it or modifying onto my Czechmate........not sure if there's any Cdn supplier of the Quinn2 mount, I got mine from the US
