Side mount for CSA with side rail, stumped

So I received my side mount from wolverine meant for the rail on the receiver of the new CSA series of rifles. Now, I am stumped as how to mount it. The mount slides on the rail just fine, but the odd lever on the bottom of the mount does not seem to allow me to secure it down no matter what I do. No bolts came with the kit, and there aren't any holes to thread bolts into anyway...the sights and mounts sticky shows plenty of similar style mounts, but no how to...

Take the mount , open the lever fully, turn the mount upside down, press down on the small metal tab and rotate the round nut several degrees, try the mount again, if still loose tighten the nut more. Remember, it shouldn't be very tight with an open lever, or you won't be able to lock it after.
