Sierra 375 experience?

So I seem to have ended up with a few boxes of 375 300 gr Sierra game kings and another in 250 gr. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this bullet and it's terminal performance. Reading I've done indicates they're relatively soft relative to most other bullets? Any comments? Loading in 375 h&h.
 
They will act like a hornady interlock. Nothing wrong with them. I have used them in the past for moose elk deer black bear. Currently use hornady as they are easier to get in my area
 
Alright thanks for the replies. The question arose from reading about them not holding together very well. Although when it comes to 375 calibers everyone seems to think all bullets should perform well on African game and be constructed accordingly, so I take what I read with a grain of salt at times. Hence this inquiry.
