I have been enjoying my range membership over the last few weeks and have put 4-500 rounds down range with this plinker. I find my thumb wants to rest right at the safety to be most comfortable except of course that the GSG design has a sharp corner right there that digs in. I have seen other safety switches for the 1911 that have a very different profile. Has anyone changed the safety lever on their GSG? are other manufacturers interchangeable or slightly different? Any advice would be helpful thank you.
