Torn between one of these Sig's being my first handgun . They both feel good in the hand , but not sure about internal workings of either ....

Any suggestions ?

Cheers ...

Do yourself a favor and don't buy the Mosquito. Lot's of issue's with this firearm. Also skip on buying the Sig .22 1911. It's just a higher priced GSG 1911 just because it wears the Sig brand name. I recommend the GSG 1911 or Sig P226 Classic .22lr.

I agree with the two above. The mosquito is crap, if you're lucky it may work with CCI mini mags until the slide or something else breaks. The Sig P226 in .22LR is a great gun.

Take a look at the Browning 1911-22 also.
I have a post running here on CGN for the Browning.
I'm up to 1155 rounds through it with out cleaning or lube (did initial clean and lube on purchase only) and have had one fail to fire so far but found it was the ammo's fault.
