I love my Match Elite, but right from the get go the trigger didn't feel right on my finger, hell, after a few magazines down range it was almost painful (I know, suck it up princess ). I guess it must be the geometry of the trigger vs the weird physiology of the old trigger finger...

In attempts to get a better "fit" I ended up changing the trigger out to the "fat" old style one with minimal felt improvements. Now, I see the new 226 Legion comes with a flat or straight (ish) blade, and am wondering if that would not be a possible solution.

The 226 and 220 shared the same trigger before, I wonder if the new Legion trigger is still compatible? Can anyone with the Legion chime in? I guess the other issue would be sourcing one. Any thoughts of suggestions on other different trigger options are also welcomed.

The major problem is that the new flat trigger on the Legion is on the SAO model. (There is a P220 Legion DA/SA and SAO coming hopefully within a few months.) Your Match Elite is DA/SA. I have read that you can convert a Sig DA/SA to SAO. I'd call Gray Guns and see what they say.
