Hi guys,
I ordered a Safariland holster for my Sig 226. It is the ALS holster with the hood that slides over the gun as well as the hood guard.

Well the issue is that the sliding hood part hits the hammer of my gun when i try to lock it in place. If i push down really hard on the gun into the holster i can make it work but i don't think that it should be that hard. The only other option to order the holster is "226R DASA W/ Full Size Hammer".
What is a 226R? I have a two-tone 226 it is a double action single action and obviously has a hammer.
Any help? I must be missing something here.
