All you pistol nuts out there.
Who is carrying the short reset trigger kits for the Sig 226 pistol in Canada for the most reasonable price?
I've seen a wide wide range of pricing on these.
Lowest I can seem to find them is $89 aprox
I've seen them as stupid high as $140 on some sites! For two tiny little pieces of machined steel. See them in US for around the $45 mark.
Got to love the markup in this country....

You might want to wait a bit. I guess Bruce Gray will be selling his trigger kits to Canadians at some point--just waiting to see who the dealer will be.

Purchased my original one from CFRAFM a few years back. Can't remember the price but at the time, there were a bit rare in Canada at the time.

I was in FOC a couple week ago and they had some for $100.

I was looking at brownells a week ago or so and they where about 55 us for the 220, not sure what it would be at the door.

Ya, apparently Brownells are no longer shipping ground to Canada. I just got hit with a shipping charge for air, which was more than the item I purchased. Despite my repeated request for ground (USPS) shipping.

I received an email from them saying they don't ship ground to Canada anymore. After they had processed and shipped and billed my CC of course.

Al flahery's had it for a great price

Aye, the only ones that are available in country right now that aren't sold out are the ones at absolute rippoff prices.
I get the exchange and slight markup because of the cost of doing business in Canada compared to the US prices. But $140 for an item that costs retail $45 in the US is unacceptable to this guy. Will stick with the stock mushy trigger at that price.
Going to put in a preorder with Questar, that's the lowest price I've seen in country. Thanks guys!

The way we get ripped off in Canada really grinds my gears as well. I recently tried to source two guide rods that are $69.99 USD each. I was quoted $265 and change CAN.

Well that sure is bad news! How much did your shipping end up costing, was the package fairly small?

That's not a new policy. They ship UPS which turns into CP when it hits the border. Most shipping I've paid has been around 20 bucks. You're definitely best to order a bunch of small parts to maximize your value.

It sure is a new policy. Everything I have ordered before has shipped USPS after requesting ground shipping. No such option now.

Well, my order from yesterday is being processed, the total parts value is 101.76 so they emailed me a form to fill out today. One question is a bit confusing.

"Is this order for end use in Canada or return to the United States ?" Check "Yes" or check "No. Do I check both boxes since it is for use in Canada and no it wont be returning to the US?

They did quote me roughly $20.00 in shipping and no additional fee for the ITAR form.
