Sig 226 Tacops Magazines for Canada?

Hey all,

I have a confession. I didnt know crap when I bought my first sig, a 226 tacops. Came with 4 ten round magazines, check. Now that I know more, I realize that when I bought it used, it didnt come with the 10 round extended magazines but rather 4 standard ones. It's not really a bait and switch if you dont notice in the pics. And there's extreme grips on it so I never thought anything of it until I came across another used on with the right mags. I've seen the extended 10s but dont have any. Arg. Is there a place to source them in canada? My Google-fu is failing me. I'm just finding the 20s that come with the US tacops and the flat metal bottom 10s that come with the 226 standard versions.

Pretty sure I got taken for a bit on that one. Oh well. Lesson learned, just trying to get back to square one.

Or maybe they're pinned 20s and I didnt notice? Still so much to learn dagnabbit. Perhaps a guru can weigh in and I can stop looking excessively stupid haha.

I doubt you got taken. Most of the 226 tacops models that came in had the 20 round mags changed out for mags without the extended plates before being shipped to Canada. It is likely you received exactly what it came with new.
